Zack founded Versa in August 2022 after seeing the same problem repeat itself across the commercial HVAC industry. Facilities were being patched by contractors who never evaluated the full system and disappeared when the job was done. As a licensed mechanical engineer, he built Versa around a different standard, with engineering-level diagnostics, clear communication, and documented proof of work after every visit. That standard shapes how the team is hired, how they’re trained, and how every client relationship is managed from day one.
